Undefeated though we fall again and again

Defeat is never something worn on the body. Defeat, when felt, is carried on the heart. It is a spirit and it is heavy. Let loose the oppressive feeling of defeat. You must ward it off with hope, the vision of possibility, and the brilliance of the will, which is an engine of triumph. And when circumstance seems unalterable, the vital choice is to call upon that infinite reserve of power, which is peace within. Notice the peace of the heart to grow the peace of mind.
