It's a fine balancing act, isn't it? But, it's so worth it to find a center of energy that allows you to do everything you need to do in life. And be sure, that in you resides an awesome point of power from which you generate every movement, every notion, every pleasure and pain. From your center, like a wheel spinning, so is your life issuing from your well poised ritual.
But, for all of the power you have, it works to serve you in a definite way. If you or anyone attempt to use it in a non-definite way, well the results are goofy and the process getting there can be strange and uncomfortable. That is why Rule #1 is to Know Thyself. For when you truly catch glimpses of just how magnifiscent you are, you will learn not to risk your opportunity to work in communion with that light of yourself.
You see, sometimes we are just so darn clever that we fool ourselves into low positions of import. And it's a shame really, isn't it. But the Mind, as grand an instrument as it is, that living organism is to be facilitated with vigor and clarity otherwise it's vast potentials shall tear a person apart in every cardinal direction. But aided with a strong spirit and you can protect yourself from outside humbugs and illusions but, most importantly... you'll be able to protect your life from yourself.
This means you'll have to get comfortable with every inch of yourself. You see, it's that which we find reviling and disgusting that we choose to turn our eye from. It's chosen blindness. And just when we become so blind to that little devil within us, it non-chalantly marches into your front room and makes boom boom all over the place. You wonder why, why, how does this always happen to me and the circumstance will repeat until peace from your spirit is brought to reside over every instance in your life.
Now this is where many previously religious folk will get up and go look for a fellow carrying a cross or something. In other words they look for some other guy to do the work for them, to be glorious for them, to be a direct line to the source for them. But, that is all a big distraction.
You can't get any closer to the source by going somewhere else. Going is for a whole other set of existence. So far as the source is concerned anybody can find that in just being. That's the deal. That's the way it's been set up. If you be, you then be at source. If you're not being then it''s not a question. Now the good stuff gets really hopping after you know yourself and understand by the simple fact that you are a living being then you ARE AT SOURCE, which is exactly where you'd want to be everytime you didn't realize that's where and who you are. Now that you know yourself, which is not your mind, we can deal with the mind and with GOING.
Use the Mind in a CERTAIN way, by knowing what you are going. Not where you are going because like you've always heard.. it's not about the destination, it's about the journey. You must know WHAT you are GOING. What is the quality, character, commitment, charge, etc. By really apprehending the essence of your motion and activity, you combine your force with the mind of stars. To know the essence of anything you've got to get clear and concentrated.
As you tap into your own inner genius and acknowledge the great spirit in you as often as possible, you will naturally emit a sense of competence and peace. Situations that once threatened you or confused you will come into scope as manageable stepping stones that advance you on your path.
The best method to protect your mind and body is to make both absolutely available to the light of your infinite spirit. Protect your mind and body by knowing you are at Source.
